Hello, こんにちは.

I'm Perry Fukuda, instructor at Eclipse ECS. Born and raised in Vancouver, Canada — a second-generation Japanese-Canadian.

After 15 years teaching at NOVA English schools, I spent 3 years as an ALT in Chiba schools and taught business English to companies. In 2015 I opened Eclipse ECS in Inagekaigan.

I'm here to make English fun, build your confidence, and add a little adventure to your life.
